Jordan has eighteen years of experience including project management and site superintendent positions for both high rise residential and commercial construction projects. Projects include high profile condominium projects in Toronto’s downtown core and large format commercial, industrial and civil works. One of his areas of expertise is the building envelope and substructure.
Zachary Schwartz
Partner
Zach has over fifteen years of construction experience including senior Project Management skills in both the retail and big box commercial construction industry. He has built and delivered on time, and on budget, shell and finished retail complexes and buildings for almost every major Canadian and American power center retailer including: Sobeys, Bed Bath and Beyond, LA Fitness, RBC, LCBO, CIBC.
Mark Robertson
VP Program Management
Mark has over thirty years of experience on senior level, project management teams overseeing large scale engineering and/or construction management assignments. He has worked in the commercial, residential (high rise), industrial, and municipal industries. Over 300 successful projects have been managed from inception to final completion. Budgets ranged from small to $200 million. He has prepared project management and value engineering standards for clients.
