Services
Program Management
THL’s Program Management Division offers our clients senior, high level expertise in managing large scale construction projects and portfolios. Acting as the Client Representative, THL provides Overall Project Management addressing all project areas including Site Plan Applications through to project closure.
Construction Management
THL’s Construction Management Division provides Construction Management Services for large scale as well as smaller scale projects. These include high rise, mid rise, low rise townhouse complexes, and highly customized large single residence homes.
Projects
THL staff have completed over 50 large and smaller scale projects over the last 10 years. For some assignments, THL provided both overall Project/Program Management as well as Construction Management. In other cases, we simply provided overall Project/Program Management, overseeing an independent Construction Management company. The structure is optimized to serve our client’s needs.
